Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The arbitration will be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

This Policy is governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India, and the Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
